This also happens in Google Play version. Reported upstream #218
Thanks for the report. Unfortunately the app is not under active maintenance at the moment. Neither in this repository here (which is mainly concerned with f-droid packaging changes) nor upstream. I'd belie this problem also occurs with the version published on google play? It would be good to double check that though.
Your options then are:
I can probably merge a fix and make a release (as time permits), but I have no insight into the codebase of the app at all, besides building and packaging it.

Hi! I want to thank you for the app. I wanted to tell you that I don't know why the app is still married with F-Droid anti feature, even although I saw that you deleted Google marketing things... I'm not a developer or even a real programmer, just an use who is learning to program in it's basics beyond basic bash scripting and don't know how F-Droid detects anti feature so I can't help, but it's a thing that botters F-Droid users, who are trying precisely to avoid taking... And I imagine that not everyone bothers to try to see through the gits. Thank you, and have a great day!
There's a new realease upcoming (see https://github.com/serso/android-calculatorpp/issues/166#issuecomment-1807150372 if you want to help test this).
The hope here is, that this resolves the f-droid antifeature issue. If it doesn't, then I'd clearly consider this an f-droid bug.
Closing.

It also seems to me, that Anti-Feature Tracking is there for no reason.
