collapsed description shouldn't be scroll-able

this is a pendant to https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroidclient/-/issues/1233.

also at fdroid classic it is also possible to scroll the collapsed description at least at apps with just a few version when there is nothing else to scroll (although it is very fiddly & tedious). and if you expand it afterwards, the description stays where it was and its top is cut off although there is enough space expanded to fit the whole description.

if disabling the nested scrolling is impossible, perhaps automatically scrolling back to top before expanding may be a reasonable workaround?
