having the fingerprint in the repo URL makes fdroid-classic crash
if you copy&paste a repo URL and (accidentally) also insert ?fingerprint=XXX
into the URL field, fdroid-classic crashes when it tries to download an APK from that repo (although fetching the index works).
- ideally it would be phrased automatically as it is somehow done when using a qr code to add a repo.
- or at least a warning should be shown wherever & whenever...
- if none of the 2 solutions is chosen/possible, already refreshing resp. downloading the index should fail, to make the problem more obvious. (it took me quite some time to figure out this issue...
